About the position We are seeking a dedicated Laborer who enjoys working outdoors this summer. The primary responsibilities include shoveling, sweeping, and ensuring that the yard remains neat and organized. Additionally, the Laborer will be responsible for loading cement into trucks, which requires physical strength and attention to detail. Mechanical maintenance of equipment in the yard is also a key aspect of this role, ensuring that all tools and machinery are in good working condition. Other tasks may be assigned as needed, providing a dynamic work environment that keeps the job interesting and engaging. The ideal candidate will be someone who is willing to work in all climates, as outdoor conditions can vary significantly. Mechanical experience is preferred, as it will aid in the maintenance of equipment and tools used in daily operations. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is essential, as the job involves physical labor and the handling of heavy materials. This position offers a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. The pay for this position is set at $17.00 per hour, providing competitive compensation for the work performed.
