Role Overview This position requires a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team, providing top-notch care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Main Responsibilities: • Provide individualized patient care in a fast-paced environment. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need: • A current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice. • CPR certification. • IV certification if required by state regulations. • A high school diploma or equivalent. • Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body as per CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system. • BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation. • At least one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
