This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a heavy industrial environment, working alongside experienced welders and fabricators. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the potential for 20 hours of overtime each week, allowing you to maximize your earnings while learning valuable skills. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you succeed in your role. After completing your training, you will be eligible for a pay increase, reflecting our commitment to your development and contribution to the company. Responsibilities • Lifting materials weighing 50+ lbs as required for various tasks. , • Listening to and following supervision from experienced welders. , • Preparing materials for fabrication processes. , • Assisting with tools, assembly, and placement of steel components. , • Cleaning and maintaining a safe and organized work area. , • Demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a heavy industrial environment. Requirements • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs). , • Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors. , • Strong work ethic and reliability in attendance and performance. , • Ability to work in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment.
