Full-Time Maintenance

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our store. This includes performing daily cleaning tasks, maintenance, and repairs to ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Clean all areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, in accordance with company procedures and guidelines. • Maintain a well-stocked inventory of approved chemicals and supplies to ensure a safe and clean environment. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs using store-provided tools, including replacing light bulbs, repairing shopping carts, and making minor flooring repairs. • Effectively utilize company technology to plan and communicate with the team. • Report any repairs requiring outside vendor support to a manager in a timely manner. Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old. • Verbal and written communication skills are essential. • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Preferred Qualifications • Prior education or experience is a plus. • Familiarity with general maintenance tools and tasks is beneficial. • Retail or service industry experience is preferred.
