Job Title: Salesforce Architect Location: Midtown NYC (hybrid / open to remote) Industry: Financial Services Overview: We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the redesign and remediation of a Salesforce implementation. This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture, strategy, and implementation within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and business lines to identify issues, define a new strategy, and implement a comprehensive system redesign. Key Responsibilities: • Architect and redesign the Salesforce system to correct existing implementation flaws. • Conduct detailed assessments to identify issues and gaps in the current Salesforce setup. • Collaborate with business users to understand pain points and align the system with business needs. • Develop a redesign strategy that includes remediation and reemployment of Salesforce capabilities. • Lead end-to-end implementation, ensuring best practices in configuration, customization, and integration. • Act as the primary Salesforce expert within the organization, which currently lacks internal Salesforce expertise. • Work with various business lines and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of the new system. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with expertise in Salesforce redesign and remediation. • Strong background in Salesforce implementation, system analysis, and optimization. • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, and integration. • Ability to engage with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic and proactive approach to system improvement. • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
