Commercial Insurance Agent
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the best insurance policies to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the insurance market, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Duties Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy renewals and claims assistance. Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations that may affect clients. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred. Strong customer service background with proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
