About the position Avian Flyaway Inc is seeking part-time laborers for a physically demanding outdoor position at a chemical plant near Bishop, TX. The role requires a TWIC card and involves working evening shifts, primarily from sunset to 10 PM, with potential for extra hours and shifts after training. The job emphasizes safety and compliance, requiring candidates to pass training and drug testing. Responsibilities Perform physical labor outdoors for the entire shift. , Follow safety compliance procedures and protocols. , Complete paid training at Corpus Christi Contractors Safety Council. , Pass hair follicle drug testing and maintain a TWIC card. , Climb stairs and ladders while carrying up to 50 pounds. , Log work activities using a smartphone with Life 360 GPS. Requirements Must hold a valid TWIC card or be willing to obtain one (company will pay for it). , Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. , Must have a smartphone for GPS logging. , Ability to pass drug screening and background checks. , Steady work history and solid references required.
