Airbnb Cleaner Miami

CLEANING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. Are you a reliable and hardworking individual that can deliver consistent results? We are looking for people that will be part of our team that strives to be the best cleaning company in Miami. • Must live in the area or at least 10 miles close to it. • Must have car and cleaning supplies • Full morning availability • Attention to detail and prior hotel/airbnb experience Duties: -Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb and vacation rental properties between guest stays -Come to work groomed and neatly dressed. -Maintaining personal cleanliness and hygiene standards. -Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment when necessary. -Laundry services performed and inventory of linens, towels, etc. are well maintained. -Being able to have constant communication and sending pictures and videos of units before and after cleanings. (MUST) -Ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are spotless, and linens are fresh and neatly arranged. - Clean and sanitize designated areas, including bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and living room areas - Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation, - Clean windows, mirrors, sweep, mop, make beds, restock & refill personal care items and vacuum floors - Dust furniture and fixtures - Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines -Pay close attention to details, ensuring that no area of the property is neglected. Experience: - Prior experience in professional cleaning is required - Experience in working in a hotel/housekeeping environment is a plus - English or Spanish speaking Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $55.00 - $120.00 per day Expected hours: No less than 20 per week Schedule: • Day shift • Holidays • Morning shift • Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Application Question(s): • What is in your opinion the proper way to start cleaning an airbnb unit?
