Working Hours: Monday-Friday, typically 7:30am-4:30pm EST Location: 5 Neponset St. Worcester, MA Primary Responsibilities: • Answer telephone calls, re-direct calls as appropriate, assist callers with questions or concerns, and take messages as needed • Answer phone messages from outside hospitals, physicians, and radiology departments • Complete requests from law offices, as requested • Communicate with Radiology Technologists regarding requested images • Track images from other sites as they arrive • Review images (such as CAT scans and Ultrasounds) for comparison studies • Upload and download studies and images • Burn CDs that cannot be PowerShared • Performs all other related duties as assigned What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) • 1+ years of customer service or patient service experience • 1+ years of experience with basic computer software Preferred Qualifications: • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask • Radiology or image library experience The salary range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
