Life Insurance - Financial Professional

Our rapidly expanding insurance and financial brokerage is looking for a part-time or full-time life insurance and financial professional to join our team! You’ll get free, world-class training to learn how to grow a list of prospective clients, market our strategies and products, showcase the numerous carriers we are partnered up with, and provide comprehensive financial needs analyses for all clients. Additionally, we have an ownership and profit-sharing program that you can work towards and participate in if you decide to participate in our agency owner program. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your goals. If you have a strong drive to succeed, great communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you. Please note that the compensation is 100% commission-based. That's why many people begin on a part-time basis and then eventually go full-time. If you're entrepreneurial and want to help lots of people, we'd love to partner up! Compensation: $150,000 at plan commission Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Be coachable and willing to learn • Understand all of our products and services from all of our many carriers and how to competently speak to clients about them • Do an in-depth financial needs analysis for clients to assess their current financial situation and help them develop a strategy to achieve their financial goals • Put together a life insurance and estate planning strategy as the centerpiece of their comprehensive financial plan • If you decide to take part in our agency ownership program, recruit and hire agents to join your team • Learn to become an effective follower and an effective leader Qualifications: Desired Qualifications: • At least 21 years old with several years of full-time working experience • Active Life and/or Life and Health Insurance License is a bonus, but we will help you get licensed • Background or experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus • Entrepreneurial spirit: this is not a typical 9-5 job • Military veterans and those with backgrounds in competitive athletics especially do well in this industry About Company Bulldog Financial Group, LLC is hiring individuals who can assist individuals, families, and small business owners with financial planning, wealth preservation, and tax reduction strategies, using life insurance products to achieve those goals.
