Investment Banking and Private Equity Associate

Key Responsibilities: The Private Equity Analyst will be responsible for: Supporting the fundraising process by preparing investor presentations and due diligence materials. Conducting research to identify and qualify potential Limited Partners (LPs). Managing relationships with existing and prospective investors. Analyzing fundraising trends and competitor activity. Deal Origination & Sourcing Proactively sourcing and screening new investment opportunities through networking, direct outreach, and industry research. Developing relationships with investment bankers, brokers, and other deal sources to build a strong deal pipeline. Conducting market analysis to identify attractive sectors, industries, and potential acquisition targets. Qualifications: Demonstrated alignment with STAPLE's mission to bring about Intentional Christian Ownership. Extensive experience operating Hubspot. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA is a plus). 1-3 years of experience in a placement agent or capital raising function.
