Strong interpersonal skills, good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities to explain and guide colleagues. Good knowledge of FC compliance programs in financial industry, specifically AML/CTF/Sanctions/Trade Finance. Good experience in banking products and services, as well as regulations. Proficient in analysing and handling data to support decision-making. Experience on Data Governance is a plus.
