Personal Banker 1 Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker 1 to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional banking services to our customers while promoting sales and service strategies. • Successfully complete on-going training programs, including Personal Banker 1 and Teller 1 training. • Perform various teller transactions, open deposit accounts, input consumer loan applications, and navigate the loan process. • Support sales and service strategies that build relationships and promote needs-based selling. • Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and banking regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and activities. • Promote and achieve accuracy and quality in branch work. • Recognize and act on opportunities to achieve assigned sales and service goals. • Become proficient with job-related systems and equipment. • Participate in the general upkeep and appearance of the Branch. • Participate in available training opportunities. Requirements: • High school graduate or equivalent. • Minimum one year retail banking experience in sales and customer service. • Excellent customer service skills. • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. • Basic math aptitude and proficiency. • Knowledge of bank accounting principles. • Ability to learn and utilize new technologies. • Knowledge of general banking products and services.
