Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lake Villa, IL for a Property, Casualty, Life, and Business/Commercial Insurance position. The role involves managing and servicing both residential and commercial real estate insurance policies. Daily tasks include customer service, sales, and communication with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met efficiently. Working closely with clients, you will help develop and maintain long-term relationships based on trust and satisfaction. Qualifications: • This role is primarily service-focused, with sales skills being an added plus. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Experience in commercial and residential real estate. • Strong sales skills, with the ability to drive and close deals. • Strong prioritization and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting. • Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance standards.
