Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the companys CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products and services to assist customers with a variety of needs.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are aligned with the companys standards for service excellence.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product updates and best customer service practices.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related roles.
  • Experience with remote work or virtual communication tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
  • Availability to work across different time zones, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong written communication skills for email and chat support.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
