Duties • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and order status. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and provide information to potential customers. • Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date customer records and sales information. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of orders and resolve any issues that arise. • Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to company policies. • Maintain an organized office environment to facilitate smooth operations. Experience • Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is preferred. • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential. • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and another language. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers. • Familiarity with cash handling processes is a plus. • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
