Are you someone who loves being on the road, enjoys meeting new people, and takes pride in delivering top-notch customer service? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re looking for a Supervisor for our Remote Experience Drivers to be the face of our company, ensuring a seamless, stress-free vehicle pick-up and delivery experience for our customers. Whether you're shuttling customers, delivering vehicles, or keeping our fleet looking its best, you’ll play a crucial role in making every interaction smooth and professional. What You’ll Do: ? Supervise and driver's, routes, schedules and customer coordination ? Train driver's to use necessary software tools and implement company policies ? Manage timecards, schedules and employee performance ? Manage customer experience with the Pick-Up and Delivery Service ? Pick up and drop off vehicles for customers—making car service hassle-free! ? Shuttle 1-4 customers to their home or office like a VIP. ? Keep things moving by driving vehicles to and from service areas and the lot. ? Protect customer vehicles by installing seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats. ? Keep vehicles fueled up and ready to roll! ? Maintain a clean and safe lot—clearing debris, snow, and anything in the way. ? Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to company standards. ? Always prioritize safety, security, and top-tier service! Requirements: ?Must be a team player with a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction. ?Prior experience in a similar role is a plus. ?Friendly, energetic, and willing to go above and beyond. ? High school diploma or GED preferred. ?Valid, unrestricted California driver’s license with a clean driving record. ?Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles. ?Comfortable maneuvering vehicles in tight spaces. ?Highly professional, dependable, and self-motivated. ?Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. ?Able to work independently with minimal supervision. ?Basic computer and internet skills. ?Able to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment. ?College students welcome—we can work around schedules! ?Bilingual candidates are a PLUS!
