Senior AWS Cloud Platform Engineer (MUST HAVE DoD TS clearance)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Platform Engineer with a DoD TS clearance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure solutions on the AWS platform. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- DoD TS clearance is a must.
- Proven experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Experience with automation tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud solutions meet business requirements.
- Implement automation for provisioning, configuration, and deployment tasks.
- Monitor cloud environments and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.
- Experience working in a DoD or government contracting environment.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
