- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and bar code scanners
- Ensuring all products are properly stored and accounted for
- Follow safety guidelines
- Follow standard work instructions as assigned
- Perform hands-on tasks
- Ensure all products are properly labeled
- Sort, prepare, and pack finished materials
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Ensure product meets customer specifications
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks to move products when needed
- May work individually or in a team environment
- Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation

Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a food processing / production facility
- Knows and uses food GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) to insure food safety and quality, covering all aspects of production from receiving raw materials to shipping finished products
- Experience using ERP Systems (Software that manages production planning, inventory, ingredients tracking and food safety compliance)
- Able to read and interpret documents
- Attention to detail
- Basic math
- Able to lift up to 20-50 lbs, sit, stand, and reach
- Able to carry, twist, push, and pull products
