Airbnb Cleaning Professional
About Us: We manage a high-standard Airbnb property known for exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented maid to maintain our property’s pristine condition and ensure our guests have a memorable stay. Job Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Change and launder bed linens and towels.
- Restock household items such as toiletries, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including carpet cleaning, window washing, and appliance cleaning.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the property manager immediately.
- Follow a detailed checklist to ensure consistency and high standards of cleanliness.
- Prepare the property for new guests, ensuring everything is in place and up to the highest standards.
- Occasionally assist with guest requests or special preparations for their arrival.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to and from the property.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate is detailed oriented, reliable, very organized, stays with an issue until it is resolved, strong understanding of technology and using phone apps, and is prompt - often early and finishes on time. What We Offer:
