Job Details This entry-level construction position in either the Field or Project Management Department provides the opportunity to support project teams and learn construction processes, policies, and procedures. You will assist with tasks such as generating RFIs, tracking shop drawings, coordinating vendor deliveries, monitoring safety policies, and participating in the project schedule updates. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from the ground up, with the potential for advancement to either the Project Manager or Assistant Superintendent career path after a six-month jobsite experience.
Requirements
- 4-year degree, preferably in construction-related field
- General knowledge of estimating, cost control, and material pricing
- Ability to read architectural/engineering drawings and understand project documents
- Strong communication and responsibility-taking skills
- Willingness to travel or relocate as needed
- Previous internship experience is preferred
Compensation
