Solutions Advisor - Sales Technology and Visibility LTL

Designs, develops, and implements quantitative analysis of complex business situations including performance, strategies, and solutions relative to sales and customer performance. Creates, uses, and guides staff in advanced computer modeling, database tools and/or other approaches in analysis. Essential Functions • Leads/manages peer and cross functional/departmental analysis in sales and/or Solutions projects. • Mentors less senior staff. Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently. • Leads brainstorming and development of recommendations for highly complex sales/customer/corporate initiatives, recommending best practices. • Presents solutions to upper management. • Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, finance, economic, computer science, engineering or related field. Minimum Experience Five (5) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Innovative analytical skills. Superior demonstrated skills in access, excel and other database/analytical tools. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sales automation tools. Familiarity with business intelligence or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Basic understanding of SQL or similar querying languages for report building. Knowledge of sales forecasting techniques and performance tracking. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: US Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $12,533.14/month Additional Details: Position will be remote with a desired location in Memphis, TN.
