Requirements: • Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably in healthcare. • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
