Independent Field Inspector (Part-time)

We know that our network of Independent Field Inspectors are at the heart of our strong reputation for quality, flexibility, and reliability. We are currently looking for self-motivated Independent Field Inspectors who are eager to grow and have a positive attitude. We are accepting of all candidates who are new to this industry. Independent Field Inspector Requirements • Committed to our values and possess the highest standards of ethical behavior. • Strictly follow safety regulations and company policies • Willing to travel in self-appointed coverage area • Working vehicle with self-provided auto insurance • Must provide EIN number associated with a business name • Ability to stick to client deadlines • Must have a smart phone and printer • Must be able to pass a background screen Inspection Details and Pay: • Field Call $12 per visit (estimated time to complete 10 minutes): Attempt to contact the borrower at the listed location by ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. If contact is made, the borrower is encouraged to contact their financial institution. This service includes a warm call transfer; You will attempt to connect the borrower with a representative of their financial institution via phone. If no contact is made, correspondence is posted on the door in a confidential and sealed envelope. This service includes a minimum of 3 images of listed collateral and property. • Letter Delivery $10 per visit (estimated time to complete 5-10 minutes): Attempt to contact the borrower at the listed location by ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. If contact is made, the borrower is encouraged to contact their financial institution. If no contact is made, correspondence is posted on the door in a confidential and sealed envelope. This service includes a minimum of 3 images of listed collateral and property. • Business Inspection $25 per visit (estimated time to complete 25-30 minutes): Service entails a scheduled site visit to collect internal and external data for underwriting, auditing, and verification purposes.
