Responsibilities • Gather and input data accurately into the company's databases and management systems. • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. • Assist in generating reports and tracking metrics as required. • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits of records. • Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with data. • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality guidelines. • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the office operations. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or administration is a plus. • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a related field. • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
