We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to join our Edge engineering team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Software Development,The team is part of the emerging technology team and works like a startup within a large organization. This is a green field opportunity to define and build a new class of market defining products. You'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with teams during design, and maintaining cloud-based software solutions
  • Testing at scale, with proficiency in coding using Python to automate testing
  • Providing insights to the development team to enhance the debug feature of the product
  • Developing and maintaining robust and scalable test automation frameworks for our cloud security products 
  • Creating, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify issues, validate product functionality, and ensure product quality. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have 4+ years of overall experience in Python programming.
  • Experience with building tools and utilities to support the testing and development process and improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Knowledge of Linux or any Unix systems
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar for test automation. 
  • Experienced in automation framework development & test automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in L2, L3; TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS & SSL
  • Experience with designing and implementing enterprise-grade Security or Networking products
