The Opportunity:

We are looking for a New York-based Account Executive

to drive sales growth within the blockchain market segment

. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with blockchain networks, foundations, and ecosystem teams. You will be a key driver of revenue growth and play a critical role in strengthening Nansen’s relationships across the Web3 landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the full business sales cycle from prospecting, closing, renewing and expanding accounts
  • Develop a deep understanding of how blockchain networks utilize on-chain analytics to drive ecosystem growth, improve transparency, and attract developers & users.
  • Identify pain points and tailor Nansen’s solutions to meet the unique needs of prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to craft compelling value propositions
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including network founders and ecosystem leads
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new chain launches, and protocol developments to uncover new opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to the overall success of Nansen’s
Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with a strong track record of exceeding targets
  • Deep knowledge of the Crypto ecosystem and its key players, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Based in New York and must able to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events. [Preferred candidates must already have the legal right to work in the US at the time of application, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role]

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working as an account executive or Business Development within crypto
  • An extensive network across crypto teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
