At Veepee, we’re looking for a dynamic professional who thrives in a dual role—managing international payroll while acting as a strategic HR Business Partner. If you have the passion, skills, and mindset to drive both hard and soft HR initiatives, let’s talk!
In this multifaceted role, you’ll oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits for our teams in the Netherlands (+/-50 employees), and Switzerland (+/-20 employees) and support on the Belgium payroll (+/- 150 employees). Beyond ensuring smooth payroll operations, you’ll act as a trusted HR Business Partner, supporting employees and management with strategic HR guidance.
