Remote · USA Full-time New today

About Us

Heetch is the only ride-hailing app aiming to make mobility more positive. We are committed to fairer mobility with the lowest commission on the market. We offer a professional, high-quality service everywhere we operate and embody a joyful, optimistic, and culturally relevant vision. We truly believe that no one should be left behind and maintain a balance between inclusive prices for passengers and sufficient revenues for drivers.

As of 2025, we operate in France, Belgium, Algeria, Angola, Senegal, Ivory Coast, and Mali. Come join our ambitious team, committed to changing the market for good!

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Money vision, strategy, and execution. This includes Passenger payment experience, Fees, Driver balance and payouts (Heetch is the main source of income for most drivers), Fleet portal (70% of drivers are part of a fleet) and financial reporting.

This is a highly strategical and technical role requiring a structured thinker who thrives in complex problem spaces. While experience in fintech is a plus, we primarily seek someone with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to drive technical initiatives forward.

What You'll Do

- Define the vision and strategy for the Money domain, ensuring alignment with Heetch’s mission and business objectives.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to execution, ensuring smooth financial flows for riders, drivers, and internal teams.

- Work closely with engineering, data science, and operations to drive impactful product improvements.

- Develop clear, measurable objectives (OKRs) and make data-driven decisions. Deep-dive into complex edge cases and identify scalable solutions.

- Ensure strong monitoring, reliability, and risk management across all money-related processes.

- Build alignment across leadership and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.

- Challenge and refine requirements with business teams to focus on impact and feasibility.

- Drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy.

- Be hands-on with data: dashboards, monitoring key metrics to measure success.

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, anticipating bottlenecks and trade-offs.

Who You Are

- Senior Product Manager with 3-5yrs of experience or alternatively a Senior Data Analyst/Data Scientist who wants to transition into Product Management.

- Highly structured thinker who thrives in complex, technical, and data-heavy domains.

- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data monitoring and dashboarding.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to challenge and align different teams.

- Experience leading technical product teams in collaboration with engineers and data scientists.

- Ability to break down complexity and drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces.

- Comfortable working on back-end, infrastructure, and operational challenges as much as user-facing features.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.

- French is a plus but not mandatory (role can be fully in English).

- Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, or data products is a plus but not required.
