Main responsibilities

Lead a dynamic range of projects from new systems implementation to various process improvement projects.

Work closely with stakeholders: Foster collaborative partnerships across the organization, ensuring alignment, engagement, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Train and support stakeholders and teams: Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders and team members, ensuring they understand project management, processes, and systematic ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Analyze business processes and workflows to find out how they can be improved or automated.

Manage communication, ensuring timely and clear updates, stakeholder alignment, and buy-in.

Core requirements

3+ years of experience in project management.

Expertise in managing stakeholders at all levels: Proven ability to engage, support, and influence stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships to drive project success.

Knowledge of system implementation: experience in managing tool or system implementation projects.

Knowledge of process mapping: experience in analyzing and mapping business processes to identify areas for improvement.

Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and passion for what you do.

Ability to think strategically and methodically but execute flexibly.

Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to manage business issues.

Hands-on and self-leadership attitude.

Interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a very dynamic environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary range

Gross Salary 2900-4400 EUR/Month.
