Join our compliance team at impact.com and play a crucial role in ensuring partners adhere to advertisers' promotional requirements, all while utilizing best-in-class technology.

As a Program Compliance Manager, you’ll become a trusted program compliance expert and take ownership of a select portfolio of accounts. You'll be the primary point of contact for program compliance matters, oversee compliance processes using our Regulated Compliance tool, and serve as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management are essential for success in this role.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for clients, agencies, providing support and advertising practices
  • Become an expert on impact.com’s proprietary Regulated Compliance product
  • Work with cross-functional teams (client success, product/engineering, and operations) to deliver exceptional compliance services 
  • Operate as a program compliance subject matter expert internally and externally
  • Work alongside senior team members, assisting with strategic initiatives and projects
  • Develop and deliver presentations on compliance matters
  • Monitor and manage compliance processes for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of compliance cases
What You Have:
  • 3+ years of customer service and support in a software application product environment
  • 2+ years of project management
  • 1+ years of compliance investigations, especially in the performance marketing space
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field a plus)
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask while under pressure
  • Team player, yet able to function and motivate independently

Salary range: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
