This role allows you to deliver specialized instruction to students across Michigan while working remotely. Job Description: Provide individualized special education services via our secure online platform Design and deliver engaging virtual lessons for students with various exceptionalities Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with the student's support network Utilize assistive technology and digital resources to enhance learning experiences Monitor and document student progress toward educational goals Required Qualifications: Valid special education teaching credential in Michigan Strong knowledge of special education laws and best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport with students in a virtual environment Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace Additional Information: Full-time and part-time schedules available Comprehensive training provided Supportive team environment with regular collaboration Two years of virtual teaching experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
