Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Live Chat Support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our users, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service and supporting our educational mission. Key Responsibilities • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat. • Assist users with navigating our platform and resolving any issues they encounter. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions. • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and user experience. • Document and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
