Job Overview:
As a Live Chat Specialist/Call Center-REMOTE WFH, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat and phone interactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and phone in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Provide feedback on common customer inquiries to improve processes and procedures- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
