Job Overview We are in search of a dynamic Bilingual Slovakian-English Customer Support Agent, also referred to as Happiness Officers, dedicated to delivering exceptional service via our email and live-chat platforms. This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about assisting others and can maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities • Deliver professional and friendly customer support through email and live chat channels. • Engage in translating our product content into Slovakian using provided tools. • Regularly moderate and review translations from fellow team members. • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and kindness in all interactions. Required Skills • Bilingual proficiency in Slovakian and English. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Capability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. • Experience in translation and moderation of content is advantageous. • Prior customer service experience is preferred. Qualifications • Experience in customer support roles. • Demonstrated skills in translation between Slovakian and English. • Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
