We need an English-fluent C# .NET Developer, based in Colombia, Brazil, or Mexico, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using C# .NET and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Work with Predictive Assessment tools to improve system functionality and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and test software solutions.
• Integrate and manage SQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Utilize jQuery and JavaScript to enhance user interfaces and system interactivity.
• Ensure software quality and performance through coding tests and best practices.
• Apply insurance industry knowledge, especially in back-office operations, to develop tailored solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in C# .NET.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience working with Predictive Assessment methodologies.
• Proficiency in jQuery, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with insurance concepts, particularly back-office operations, is preferred.
• Ability to complete and pass a coding test as part of the hiring process.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
