Establish the Operational Risk and Controls strategy for AENB. , ? Set up a foundational governance structure to manage operational risks in compliance with enterprise programs. , ? Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks within business unit processes. , ? Ensure timely identification, response, and resolution of risk events and issues. , ? Engage in continual improvement of business processes to mitigate operational risks. Requirements ? 1-2 years of experience in operational risk management for Analyst role; 2 years for Senior Analyst role. , ? Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities. , ? Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. , ? Experience in process governance and understanding of regulatory frameworks. , ? Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and evaluate risk scenarios. Nice-to-haves ? Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous. , ? Experience in translating operational risk strategy into execution guidelines. , ? Experience in tracking and identifying issues with Key Risk Indicator (KRI) limits. , ?
