About the position The Healthcare Customer Service Representative role at Teleperformance USA is a remote position designed for recent UMA graduates. The primary purpose of this role is to field customer inquiries and provide innovative solutions to various questions, issues, and concerns related to healthcare services. Representatives will engage with customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring a high level of service and support while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities ? Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions or concerns , ? Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues , ? Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate , ? Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments , ? Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes , ? Provide feedback on call issues , ? Upsell if required Requirements ? Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment , ? 6 months Customer service experience preferred , ? Over 18 years of age , ? Ability to type 25 wpm , ? High School Graduate or GED , ? Comfort with desktop computer system , ? Proven oral & written communication skills , ? Logical problem-solving skills , ? Ability to navigate Windows operating systems , ?
