Remote: Inbound Call Center Agent- March 10 Start Date

Grand Circle Corporation is hiring REMOTE?Traveler Support Counselors?to join our?March 10th 2025,?class. Manage inbound service calls; assisting customers with making reservation changes, educating them on tour itineraries, processing payments, and responding to inquiries. ? Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software. ? Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies. ? Compete individually while maintaining a positive team spirit. ? Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals Qualifications ? 2 years of experience working in a call center environment. ? Must have experience working in a remote call center environment ? Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems Remote Work Requirements: ? Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi) ?
