Part-Time Virtual Sales Associate

As a Virtual Sales Associate and a member of the Customer Experience team, you will be instrumental in representing the Proper Cloth brand through live video calls. You will build a book of clients that seek your guidance in crafting the custom-clothing wardrobe of their dreams. In this role you will become an expert in menswear and custom clothing, fabrics, construction, outfit styling, and everything that goes into making someone look good and feel good. We are looking to grow our Virtual Sales channel this year and you will be instrumental in this process. In addition to hosting Virtual Sales and Styling calls with customers, you?ll spend your downtime clienteling and gather leads from the CX Support Team. Armed with your product and styling knowledge and a steady flow of clients, the right candidate will have all the tools needed to build a steady flow of revenue and develop best practices for continued growth. We strive to deliver an extraordinary shopping experience, and as a Virtual Sales Associate, this will be your specialty. This is a part-time position that starts at $25/hr, but there is ample opportunity for more through performance-based incentives. Who You Are: ? A people-person with a knack for sales ? You will be our ear to the ground ? noticing trends in your customer calls and bringing them to the attention of our tech, marketing, and product teams.
