Sales Development Specialist

Description: • Work within a dedicated territory to achieve a revenue-based quota • Manage a high volume of customer engagements via phone and email • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts • Maintain a mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services • Assist customers in resolving concerns/roadblocks • Maintain customers and prospects within our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) • Undertake sales motions which may or may not include lead generation, lead conversion, health checks, and/or renewing contracts • Deliver expert customer experiences…always with a smile.
