About Parameta Solutions Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting. Role Overview The Sales Associate is responsible for driving revenue growth by supporting the sales of Burton Taylor research products, including ad hoc reports, research subscriptions, and consulting engagements. This role focuses on engaging with new and existing clients, uncovering sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize retention. The Sales Associate will work closely with the team to manage incoming leads, develop client relationships, and contribute to meeting revenue targets through effective sales and account management practices. This role is 100% remote. Role Responsibilities • Assist in achieving sales targets by supporting new business development and client retention efforts. • Engage with potential and existing clients through outreach, cold calls, and follow-ups to promote B-T research products and services. • Support the sales process by maintaining accurate client and opportunity data in the B-T Salesforce.com CRM system. • Conduct research on potential leads, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. • Work closely with the team to manage incoming leads, track pipeline progress, and support renewal discussions with existing clients. • Participate in marketing initiatives by assisting with email campaigns, social media outreach, and website promotions. • Provide timely and structured feedback on client needs to support research production and improve product offerings. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions. • Attend industry events, as needed, to network, promote B-T research, and gather market intelligence. • Support additional sales-related tasks and initiatives as directed by the team. Experience / Competences Essential • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. • Basic understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and business development. • Ability to manage and organize data within CRM tools to track sales activity and opportunities. • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and market trends. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of financial markets, industry research, or subscription-based sales models. • Solid exposure to sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in research, finance, or consulting. Desired • Experience in content sales • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management. • Familiarity with marketing campaigns, including email outreach and social media engagement.
