The Opportunity We’re looking for a skilled and creative Marketing Operations Associate to join our team! This role combines marketing strategy with hands-on execution, focusing on events, email marketing, social media marketing, and CRM management. You’ll join a growing Marketing team and cross-collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Client Services to strengthen our GTM engine by increasing positive brand perception, market awareness, and drive meaningful engagements through community-building. Key Responsibilities 1. Event Management • Plan and execute in-house events, webinars, and podcasts. • Oversee the company's participation in third-party and co-marketing events (both in-person and virtual). • Coordinate creative and logistical aspects, ensuring smooth event execution. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Business Development on event-related opportunities. 2. CRM & Email Marketing • Role model CRM hygiene and best practices by tracking, logging, and centralizing data to attribute campaign performance. • Manage contact lists and segment audiences for targeted campaigns. • Create and send emails and newsletters, analyzing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns. 3. Social Media & Content Management • Develop engaging content and copy for organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns. • Build and execute a content calendar, ensuring consistency and relevance. • Foster and grow an online community to enhance brand perception and awareness. • Monitor and optimize social media performance to meet GTM objectives. 4. Data Analysis & Optimization • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and social strategies. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve outcomes and achieve KPIs. Required Skills & Experience We’re looking for a well-rounded marketing professional with the following traits: • Detail-Oriented Project Manager: You’re methodical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Critical Thinker & Problem-Solver: You approach challenges with creativity and data-driven solutions. • Strong Collaborator: You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy working with people. • Exceptional Writing Skills: You excel at crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive content. • Creative & Articulate: You have an eye for design and know how to make content appealing and resonating. • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media analytics is a plus. • Legal Domain Experience: Experience working with the legal industry is a bonus! Logistics • Hours: Full-time; EST time zone preferred, PST possible. • Start Date: March 1, 2025. • Contract Terms: Initial 10-12-month contract (March - December), with the possibility of extension based on performance and culture fit. • Salary Range: Competitive and based on experience.
