Responsibilities

As the Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in amplifying the CEO’s impact, enhancing clarity and structure in our expanding environment. Your proactive mindset and unwavering attention to detail will support established processes and the team, ensuring that nothing is overlooked. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include • Daily Management of the CEO's Schedule: Oversee the CEO's commitments, ensuring preparedness and organization by collaborating with their Personal Assistant for errands and office management. • Strategic Task Alignment: Integrate daily tasks and projects with EOS principles, grasping the overarching goals and departmental intersections while recording detailed notes and distributing actionable items. • Idea Capture and Execution: Prioritize and develop actionable plans for the CEO's ideas, maintaining alignment with operational standards and ensuring smooth follow-through on projects. • Email, Calendar, and Travel Oversight: Manage the CEO's communications, schedule, and travel logistics efficiently while tracking expenses for a seamless operational experience. • Event Planning and Coordination: Manage the logistics for in-person events, including retreats and conferences, overseeing every detail from catering to follow-up activities.

Qualifications

Required: • 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within a rapidly growing organization • Experience collaborating with entrepreneurs, visionaries, or CEOs • Proven track record in process creation and implementation with exceptional organizational skills • Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, marketing, or healthcare • Familiarity with marketing and healthcare sectors Preferred • Background in marketing or client services • Relevant certifications in project management or similar fields • Interest in mission-driven organizations and community initiatives If you are eager to contribute to a forward-thinking organization that values professional growth and advancement, we encourage you to apply!
