Position Overview We are in search of a talented Graphic Designer with 3-5+ years of professional experience to enhance our dynamic creative team. This remote, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to craft visually compelling designs across various media platforms. The successful candidate will exhibit a strong passion for design, meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications and will be responsible for producing impactful visual content for both Leafguard and Englert. Key Responsibilities Design and manage visual content across multiple brands, including print, digital, and web-based projects. Create and produce engaging short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns. Develop eye-catching assets for organic and paid social media channels, encompassing static images, animations, and video snippets. Craft print materials, including direct mail, flyers, and brochures. Support website enhancements with digital assets and landing page design. Ensure uniformity in visual branding across all marketing materials for Leafguard and Englert. Effectively manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining a solutions-oriented approach. Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve alignment with brand objectives. Required Skills 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, print, and video content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and layout. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while multitasking effectively. Positive, collaborative attitude with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience with video production and editing for marketing initiatives. A robust portfolio showcasing versatile design capabilities across various media.
