Preferred Skills & Experience: The ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and establish trust is crucial in sales. Basic organizational skills are re quired for this role. Proficiency in using basic computer applications, email, and customer relationship management (CRM) software can be useful. The ability to influence customers' decisions in a positive way while addressing their concerns is a core skill in sales.
