Job Description: Part Time Banking Specialist Location: KilleenAs a Banking Specialist, you will be a critical member of our banking team responsible for executing banking transactions flawlessly, safeguarding against fraud, and identifying sales opportunities for our Relationship Bankers. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of transaction accuracy and security, ensuring that our customers' financial activities are conducted with precision and trust. Additionally, your ability to identify and refer sales opportunities will contribute to the bank's growth and success while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities that we would like for you to be excited about: • Utilize technology to educate customers on our full range of digital banking options including but not limited to virtual tellers and our mobile app. • Educate customers on best practices for safe online banking habits. • Be a point of contact for customers facing technical issues or difficulties with our digital banking tools. • Gather feedback from customers regarding their digital banking experience and provide management with insights on trends that arise. • Stay well-informed about the bank’s products and service, enabling you to identify opportunities to refer business to our Relationship Bankers. • Utilize tools and resources to document all services completed on our customer’s accounts. • Provide exceptional service through our SWARM Banking approach, which involves greeting customers by name and greeting them as they walk into our lobbies. • Accurately process a wide range of banking transactions including deposits and withdrawals, adhering to established procedures and regulatory guidelines. • Safely and accurately handle cash, coins, and negotiable instruments, following established cash-handling procedures. • Consistently balance teller drawer with zero to minimal outages.
