Required Skills While no financial background is required, candidates with the following experiences may find themselves well-positioned for success: • Leadership or managerial roles • Public speaking capabilities • Customer service experience • Sales proficiency • Knowledge in banking or accounting • Entrepreneurial background Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years of age (as per federal regulations). • Successful completion of a background check (no felonies permitted). • Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number. • Reside in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada during the licensing process.

Compensation
