About the position We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. R2 Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), particularly with Dynatrace and Performance Validation. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems, contributing to the company's mission of delivering high-quality services to our clients. Responsibilities • Lead the implementation of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance system reliability and performance. , • Oversee the use of Dynatrace for monitoring and analyzing system performance metrics. , • Provide expertise in Performance Validation to ensure systems meet required performance standards. , • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. , • Develop and maintain automated monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address system issues. , • Conduct root cause analysis of system failures and implement corrective actions. , • Ensure the scalability and reliability of systems through continuous improvement practices. , • Implement best practices for incident management and response to minimize downtime. , • Create and maintain documentation for system performance and reliability processes. , • Mentor junior engineers in SRE practices and performance validation techniques. , • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. , • Work closely with stakeholders to understand performance requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. , • Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve system performance and reliability. Requirements • Strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. , • Extensive experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring and analysis. , • Proficiency in Performance Validation techniques and tools. , • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis. , • Experience in developing automated monitoring and alerting solutions. , • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. , • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving system performance issues. , • Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices. Nice-to-haves • Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.
