Job Overview Join our pioneering eICU team as a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telehealth. In this essential role, you will deliver exceptional virtual care to critically ill patients across a network of hospitals, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide continuous remote monitoring and support for critically ill patients. Collaborate effectively with bedside nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Respond proactively to changes in patient conditions and assist in managing acute illnesses. Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contributing your insights to best practices in eICU care. Serve as a mentor and resource for bedside nurses in the management of critically ill patients. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities. Proficient problem-solving skills tailored to high-pressure environments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing. Current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin or a compact state. Current CPR/BLS certification. ACLS certification is required within the first 6 months of employment.
